IGNOU MA Hindi Admission 2022
The Indira Gandhi National Open University has invited applications from students all over the country to apply for IGNOU MA Hindi admission 2022 for Jan and July session. The students can apply for admission to IGNOU Master of Arts in Hindi (MHD) programme in any of the two sessions in a year.
The university opens admission to its various programmes for both January and July sessions every year. Therefore, the learners have freedom to apply for admission to IGNOU MA Hindi programme in any of these sessions.

The students can obtain the IGNOU MA Hindi prospectus from the nearest IGNOU Regional Centres / Study Centres for Rs. 200/-.
Also, the students can obtain the prospectus from the Registrar (SR&E), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068 and IGNOU ARMY, NAVY, AIR FORCE AND ASSAM RIFLES Recognised Regional Centres.
The IGNOU Prospectus can also be downloaded from the university official website in the form of Common Prospectus which contains all the required information about the IGNOU MA Hindi Programme.
IGNOU MA Hindi Online Admission
The learners who wish to apply for IGNOU MA Hindi admission by distance learning mode can also choose the option to fill up IGNOU Online admission form for any of the January or July academic sessions by visiting the university official website.
It will save the time of applicants and they can easily fill up admission form by sitting at home. They just need to have working internet connection and scanned documents supporting eligibility criteria. They also required scanned photograph and signature to fill the form online.
About IGNOU MA Hindi Programme
The main aim of the university is to provide learners with the knowledge about the wide range of Hindi literature so that they can use it to provide education to students in schools and colleges if they join the teaching line.This programme consists of courses worth 64 credits.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate seeking IGNOU MA Hindi Admission should be having Bachelor’s Degree or a higher degree from any recognised University i.e. He/ She should be a graduate or Post Graduate.
Medium of Instruction
As the name suggests, IGNOU MA Hindi programme is available in Hindi medium only.
Programme Fee:
The total fee is Rs. 13,600/- which has been divided into two years @Rs.6800/- per year which has to be paid at the time of admission. (Additional fee charges may apply as per University norms)
Note: The University will keep changing the fee from time to time and one will have to find out the details from the Study Centre/Regional Centre.Please confirm the fees from your nearest IGNOU Regional Centre as it might have been changed.
Duration of Programme & Age Limit:
The minimum duration required to complete for this programme is 2 years and the maximum duration for this course is 5 years.Also, there is no bar on minimum and maximum age required to get admission in this programme.
