The Indira Gandhi National Open University has published the notification regarding Ignou MBA Banking and Finance admission Jan 2018. The admissions are open now and students can check out the admission notification for more details.
The programme has been designed to make MBA aspirants to get a fruitful career in Banking & Finance Management and Business Studies. The students can download MBA (B&F) prospectus from the nearest IGNOU Regional Centre.
They can also order it online by paying a fee in the form of Demand Draft in favour of IGNOU, New Delhi and sending to Registrar (SR&E), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068. It can also be obtained from IGNOU ARMY, NAVY, AIR FORCE AND ASSAM RIFLES Recognised Regional Centres.

The last date of admission for both July and January session can be checked online on the university official website.
Important Dates to Remember:
- Last Date to request the Student Handbook and Prospectus by post: 30th November 2017

Ignou MBA Banking and Finance Admission Eligibility
The Candidate should be a member of the Indian Institute of Bankers and should satisfy the following conditions
- He/ She should have passed the CAIIB examinations of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai and awarded the requisite qualification/ credentials thereof by the institute.
- He/ She should have been working in the banking or financial service sector for a period of at least two years.
- He/ She should be a graduate from a recognised university.
Programme Fee: The total fees for this programme is Rs. 31,000/-. (Note: The University will keep changing the fee from time to time and one will have to find out the details from the Study Centre/Regional Centre.)
Programme Duration and Age Requirement: The minimum duration required to complete this programme is 2.5 years and the maximum duration for this course is 8 years. There is no minimum and maximum age required to take admission.
How to apply for IGNOU MBA Banking and Finance admission?
To get admission in Master of Business Administration (Banking & Finance) (MBF) Programme, an aspirant should need to apply to the concerned Regional Director , in the prescribed application form with requisite fee and other documents, like the qualifying certificate of CAIIB.
Admission will be offered to all the eligible candidates subject to a maximum limit mutually agreed upon between IGNOU and IIBF. No Entrance Test is Required for this programme.
